Theme: "New Approach to the Silk Road"
Speaker: Jung, Su Il(Dir. of Korea Institute of Civilizational Exchanges),
Report: Dir. Jung proposed to expand profoundly the conception of Silk Road, considering it as the route for exchanges between civilizations which were the changing and transferring processes. In addition, he paid attention to the original perspectives of 'Cultural Interactions Studies' and groped the potentials for new approach to modern civilization in relation to the agenda of our project.
