Theme: Neo-liberalistic Urbanism and Urban Policies: Focused on the Theory of David Harvey

Prof. Choi's speech of the day has concentrated on three big questions: how to understand the theory of David Harvey; how to define the historical background and the present crisis and prospect of neo-liberalism; and lastly how to explain neo-liberlistic urbanism claiming to be an 'enterprise city'.
